Service Technician

Pay:
$30–$40/hour (DOE) + bonuses
What you’ll do: As a Service Technician, you’ll keep homes comfortable through the colder months by servicing and maintaining residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, all while providing a high-quality customer experience. You’ll also have opportunities for cross‑training in residential installation, helping you build a well‑rounded skill set and long‑term career stability.
Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair HVAC systems thru proper troubleshooting and industry best practices.
Bolster the customer experience through superior communication focused on customer retention and satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with team members, onsite and internal, to promote and ensure a 100% customer satisfaction experience.
Remain up to date on the latest industry trends, service methods, systems, and technology available within the market and the business.
Qualifications and Characteristics that you have:
3 + years of HVAC service OR maintenance experience Universal EPA Certification
Residential installation experience desired
06A Electrical license or Logged hours on trainee card
Proficient at troubleshooting, repairing, and performing maintenance for wide range of residential equipment
Good understanding of all HVAC low voltage systems & ability to acquire 06A license
Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
Knowledge of and ability to follow city and county installation codes
Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
Experience making repair and replace decisionsAdvanced customer service skills
Self-starter attitude and a willingness to accept responsibility
Exceptional safety knowledge of tools and surroundings
Valid WA Driver’s License with good driving record – Please note that you must be an insurable driver and possess a current State Driver's License. You must also be 25 yrs of age with 2+ years of driving experience.
Education desired:
NATE Certified
Certificate of completion from an HVAC Technical School
