Swiss Village is currently hiring full-time Food Service Aides to join our Dietary team! This first‑shift position offers flexible scheduling and requires every other weekend. You’ll work 32-40 hours per week in a supportive, resident‑focused environment. This role plays an important part in providing nutritious, appealing meals and a positive dining experience for our residents. The ideal candidate must enjoy working with seniors, be a team player, and take pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with meal preparation and meal service
Serve meals in a timely, courteous and respectful manner
Clean and maintain dining areas in accordance with health regulations
Work collaboratively with dietary staff, nursing, and other departments
What We’re Looking For
Previous food service experience is preferred, but not required
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
A team player who enjoys working with older adults
Strong attention to cleanliness, safety, and infection control
