We are seeking a **1st Shift OIP** **Quality Technician to join our Alamo, TN facility. In this position you will play a critical role throughout the manufacturing process, ensuring the highest standards of quality are maintained at every stage. From inspecting components before assembly to conducting root cause analyses, your expertise will help deliver products that meet or exceed customer expectations.****Key Responsibilities*** Champion Hitachi Energy’s core values of **safety and integrity**, fostering a safe, collaborative, and productive work environment.* Use Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC) to measure the reactivity of uncured epoxy and report glass transition temperature.* Understand use of and maintenance of a respirator.* Use rheometer to measure plasticity of silicone.* Measure weight and density of epoxy.* Documenting and analyzing test results of various chemicals.* Mix and handle various chemicals using proper PPE.* Monitor the shelf life of various chemicals.* Auditing, monitoring, and determining the quality of manufacturing processes and/or outputs against defined internal and regulatory standards.
