Overview
We are seeking a reliable, hands‑on, dedicated Agriculture Worker preferably with a specialization in wine grape viticulture to join our team. This is a physically active, outdoor role that requires attention to detail, tool care, and a strong work ethic.
Timing Matters Vineyard work is time sensitive. If tasks aren’t completed quickly and efficiently, we fall behind—and catching up is nearly impossible. This directly impacts the final harvest yield and quantity. We need someone who works with urgency, focus, and consistency.

Qualifications
Proven work experience in a vineyard or agriculture setting.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively with a team.
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects (e.g., 50+ pounds) frequently.
A valid driver’s license is required. Must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
Requirements/Responsibilities
Ability to understand and communicate in English is required for training and safety purposes.
Comfortable operating lawnmowers, zero‑turn mowers, and drive a UTV.
Able to use tools such as pruning shears, harvest shears, hand saws, weed eaters, hedgers, shovels.
Able to clean and maintain tools regularly
Willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions—rain, snow, shine, heat, or cold
Physically fit: this job involves walking, squatting, and repetitive up‑and‑down motion and lifting at least 50lbs
Perform a variety of vineyard tasks throughout the entire growing cycle, canopy management, including pruning, suckering, thinning, leaf pulling, hedging and weed management
Actively participate in the grape harvest, including hand‑picking, ensuring the grapes are handled with care
Assist with maintenance of trellis system and netting.
Assist with the application of fertilizers and other treatments.
Monitor vine health and fruit development, assisting the Vineyard Manager with data collection and record‑maintenance.
Assist with general vineyard and grounds maintenance tasks including (painting, pressure washing, etc ) as needed
Maintain safety standards and protocols in all vineyard operations including (care for equipment/tools, operating and care for equipment safely & responsibly and keeping work areas clean & organized)
Job Type: Part‑time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
