As a Tin Lizzy’s Server, you are the face of the guest experience. You’ll deliver fun, fast, and friendly service while maintaining our high standards for food, drinks, and hospitality. Responsibilities
Greet and connect with every guest in a warm, upbeat way Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Make menu recommendations and upsell when appropriate Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly Maintain a clean and organized section Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Work closely with bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff to keep service running smoothly What We’re Looking For
Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Excellent communication and people skills Team player with a guest-first mindset Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Previous serving experience preferred (but not required) What You’ll Get
