As a Part Time Dairy & Frozen Department Team Member at Brookhaven Market, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring our dairy and frozen products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing to customers. You'll monitor inventory levels, assist with replenishing stock, and maintain a clean and organized department by adhering to safety and sanitation guidelines. Your commitment to excellent customer service will shine as you assist customers with product inquiries and ensure proper storage and handling of all items. Additionally, you'll help set up promotional displays and participate in product resets, working collaboratively with your team to meet department goals and ensure smooth operations. A strong attention to detail and adherence to guidelines is essential for maintaining product quality and organization. Excellent communication and customer service skills will enable you to engage effectively with customers and assist them with their needs. You must be able to work well in a fast-paced environment and be reliable, punctual, and a true team player. Knowledge and skills required for the position are: Previous experience in retail or grocery, preferably in dairy or frozen foodsimonio struct Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow guidelines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
