Job Summary We are hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to support clients through consistent, scheduled telehealth sessions. This role is built around routine clinical work rather than reactive or on-call care. Your day is spent providing therapy, tracking progress, and maintaining treatment plans within a clear clinical framework that keeps expectations straightforward and manageable.
Responsibilities
Deliver scheduled individual therapy sessions via telehealth
Perform clinical assessments and ongoing evaluations
Create, review, and adjust treatment plans
Complete progress notes and clinical documentation
Coordinate care with internal clinical staff
Adhere to state regulations and clinical policies
Qualifications
Active North Carolina
LMFT
license
Master’s degree in Counseling, MFT, or related field
Experience providing mental health treatment services
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Ability to manage a full-time remote caseload
