Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner within the healthcare location. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify potential security-related concerns. Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious behavior or activities. Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, and maintenance issues according to Allied Universal protocols. Assist with access control, visitor management, and enforcement of site-specific policies to help maintain order within the healthcare environment. Collaborate with staff and local authorities as needed during emergency situations or drills. Minimum Requirements

Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience. Must be at least 21 years of age. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. CPR certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
