Job Summary
We are seeking a
Busser/Runner
to join our team! In this role, you will remove dirty dishes and wipe down surfaces, set tables, periodically run dishes and provide patrons with water and beverages. Your goal is to ensure an exceptional dining experience for our patrons. The ideal candidate is friendly, service-oriented, and works well in a fast-paced environment.
This is a tipped position where busser/runner will take part of the tip pool.
Responsibilities
Wipe down tables, chairs, and other surfaces
Remove unused dishes and reset tables
Remove dirty dishes, glasses, and silverware from tables
Run dishes to tables
Monitor and maintain bathroom cleanliness and floor cleanliness
Perform other duties as assigned
Refill coffee, water, and condiments as needed
Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or food service is preferred
Familiarity with food safety guidelines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds
