Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location as well as along the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report any suspicious behavior, hazards, or unusual activity encountered during patrols. Communicate promptly with Allied Universal management and client representatives regarding incidents or concerns identified during patrols. Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits as required by site procedures. Support emergency response efforts in accordance with site protocols and Allied Universal guidelines. Minimum Requirements
At least one year of security-related experience. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. Subject to background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
