As a Patrol Unarmed Officer, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to deter security incidents and promote a secure environment. What Youll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures, following site policies, and responding to emergencies as appropriate. Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems using training and Allied Universal protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including premises and perimeter, to deter unauthorized activity. Observe and report suspicious activities or hazards to the appropriate personnel. Maintain detailed and accurate logs of patrols, incidents, and activities per Allied Universal and site protocols. Interact professionally with employees, contractors, and visitors to provide assistance and information as needed. Support emergency response efforts and participate in drills or training as directed by site management and Allied Universal. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required per Allied Universal driver policy. Experience lifting more than 20 lbs is preferred. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Alarm panel experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles. High school diploma or equivalent. Background investigation as required by federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories consistent with applicable laws. Drug screen as permitted by law. Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment depending on state/local laws. A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
