Overview
HealthXL provides virtual patient care services under the guidelines of Medicare’s Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) programs. HealthXL contracts with physician practices to provide CCM/RPM services to their Medicare patients. The Enrollment Specialist initiates outbound phone calls to eligible patients, educates them on the program(s), answers their questions, and enrolls those who consent. A successful ES will exhibit excellent verbal communication skills, an eagerness to achieve enrollment objectives and a strong understanding of the CCM/RPM programs and their benefits for patients. Full-time remote positions available. Responsibilities
Initiates phone contact with eligible Medicare patients in attempt to enroll them in CCM/RPM programs on behalf of physician practices Meets or exceeds outbound connect rates and enrollment objectives Completely and accurately educates eligible patients on the benefits of CCM/RPM programs Obtains consent from patients electing to opt‑in to the programs Documents all patient interactions in enrollment system: iCare by HealthXL Maintains a thorough and up to date understanding of program details, benefits and logistics Adheres to applicable regulatory and company guidelines Works consistently and persistently to build patient enrollment Qualifications
Demonstrates iCare values (Integrity, Growth, Excellence) Dependable – consistent work ethic – good time management skills Outbound call center experience (inside sales) Art of truthful, tactful persuasion Excellent communication and relational skills Experience in phone‑based customer service or sales a plus Comfortable navigating and recording data in computer systems Comfortable with Excel spreadsheet data entry Fluent English required with proficiency in other languages a plus
