We serve individuals, organizations, and communities by offering 30+ customized classes and tailored support to meet our clientele's needs.

SUBSTANCE ABUSE PROFESSIONAL / FULL TIME & PART TIME OPPORTUNITIES We are looking for a compassionate, detail-oriented substance abuse professional who is passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, thrives in a team environment, and demonstrates integrity, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while delivering evidence-based care.

REQUIREMENTS

Current Illinois IDHS license

as a Substance Abuse Professional (e.g., CADC, LSW, LPC, or equivalent).

SAP-DOT qualification preferred .

Minimum 2 years of experience providing substance use counseling or related behavioral-health services.

Strong interpersonal, documentation, and crisis-management skills.

Commitment to evidence-based practices and ethical standards.

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide individual and group counseling for clients struggling with substance use disorders.

Complete assessments and create personalized treatment plans.

Monitor progress, maintain accurate clinical documentation, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and IDHS standards.

Facilitate educational workshops, relapse-prevention programs, and family support sessions.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and community resources to support recovery.
