Administrative Assistant – Fresno, CA (Full Time)

As the Administrative Assistant to a growing company, you are expected to conform to change easily, take initiative on staff related needs and be the peoples champion. We are looking for candidates who have an upbeat personality, who can rally a team of remote and onsite staff to accomplish and participate in a variety of activities. Who can work creatively and prioritize their time. Most importantly, someone who can be trusted with sensitive information. Our Administrative Assistant will report to the HR Manager and assist the Executive Coordinator. They will manage the employee facing duties and assist as needed with a variety of projects including but not limited to creating an engaging Parsecian experience, new hire onboarding logistics, assisting with our annual conference, assisting with leadership calendars and the creation of internal staff events. This is an onsite, full time, hourly position with benefits. Responsibilities

Support the smooth day-to-day operations of the office by managing supplies, resources, and vendor relationships Act as a friendly first point of contact for calls, inquiries and visitors. Handle office logistics including ordering for office items, company lunches and day to day staff needs Provide administrative and scheduling support to leadership. Help plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and gatherings. Create clear, thoughtful, and engaging written communications to keep staff informed and connected Assist with travel planning and logistics. Prepare materials and resources that support presentations, meetings, and team initiatives Look for ways to improve how things work behind the scenes, including opportunities to streamline or automate processes Help welcome new team members and support employee-focused initiatives Contribute to a positive, people-first workplace by helping organize team activities, celebrations, and moments of recognition Handle errands and on-the-ground support as needed Take on additional projects and responsibilities as they arise Experience

Proficiency in cloud-based programs such as Google, Slack, and Asana. Technical experience in website creation (WordPress) and graphic design using Canva A track record of handling sensitive information with the highest level of integrity and discretion Demonstrated success in the end-to-end planning and execution of diverse company initiatives, ranging from small team gatherings to large-scale conferences Proven experience in office coordination with a strong emphasis on fostering a positive, people-first workplace culture Experience in fundraising is a major plus Requirements

AA degree or a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors, including qualifications and experience. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
