What You'll Do
Provide customer service to clients, following security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities as needed.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location and its perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and/or potential hazards.
Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity during patrols and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols.
Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and employees while carrying out patrol duties.
Support the overall security-related operations of the location by maintaining a visible presence and assisting with access control as required.
Minimum Requirements
A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
