Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Car Wash Attendant. The Car Wash Attendant is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the car wash facility, providing exceptional customer service to our clients, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Greet customers and assist them with selecting the appropriate car wash service
Operate car wash equipment and machinery effectively and safely
Perform thorough pre-wash inspections on vehicles to identify any existing damage
Use cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grime, and other contaminants from vehicles
Dry vehicles using towels or air drying equipment
Perform additional services such as waxing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning as requested by customers
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the car wash facility, including cleaning equipment, emptying trash, and replenishing supplies
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
Keep accurate records of transactions and maintain a secure cash register
Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees and customers
Qualifications
Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of car wash equipment and cleaning techniques preferred
