Key Job Responsibilities
Architecting interconnected multi‑agent systems using latest AI frameworks
Integrating machine learning and GenAI‑based solutions where they are game‑changers
Building, leading and influencing high‑functional product management teams
Defining product strategy that achieves strong customer value and business outcomes
Working with developers and architects to build scalable and highly reliable systems
Using UX, product, and business knowledge to inform decisions and communicate effectively with and influence internal teams
Problem‑solving using analytical skills and a proven process of data‑validated, hypothesis‑driven, experiment‑tested decisions
A Day in the Life Each day is a new adventure and you will routinely engage with your customers, working backwards from their needs together with your UX and software development partners. This could mean defining a product vision, writing PRFAQ documents, diving deep into the technical details of agentic AI and LLM engineering frameworks and making trade‑offs to deliver the highest customer value with a bias for action. You will work with our internal partners (e.g. science and engineering) to make product decisions, and with our external partners (operations center, security, etc) to launch products.

Basic Qualifications
8+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
Bachelor's degree
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with end‑to‑end product delivery
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience technical product management
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working directly with Engineers on product enhancements
Experience in project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement
Compensation & Benefits The base salary range for this position is 179,900.00 – 243,400.00 USD annually. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon also offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, Basic Life & AD&D insurance and option for Supplemental life plans, EAP, Mental Health Support, Medical Advice Line, Flexible Spending Accounts, Adoption and Surrogacy Reimbursement coverage), 401(k) matching, paid time off, and parental leave.
