Leo is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low‑latency, high‑speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

As a Senior TPM for Leo Enterprise Technology, you will own the strategy and execution of mission‑critical, enterprise‑wide programs that underpin Leo's global operations at scale. You will set the long‑term vision for how enterprise platforms—including SAP and tightly integrated systems—enable Leo's business, financial, and operational outcomes. This role helps drive alignment across multiple organizations, senior leaders, and external partners. You will define operating models, influence architectural direction, and establish durable mechanisms that enable predictable execution in a highly complex and ambiguous environment.
Key job responsibilities
Define multi‑year strategy, roadmaps, and success metrics aligned to Leo’s business objectives
Understand business requirements working with PMT, business stakeholders, and super users
Anticipate systemic risks and dependencies before they impact delivery
Raise the bar for program management excellence across the organization
Work with engineering teams (SAP developers, functional designers, process designers, security, admin, and other members) to understand the effort needed
Build project plans and sprint schedules understanding engineering team bandwidth
Manage dependencies inside and outside of the team to get the team answers on time, unblock the team and execute to aligned project plan and business need by dates
Identify and elevate risks, manage issue resolution
Bring in project management best practices, set up right processes, and align with existing processes to deliver results
Earn trust from the engineering team, stakeholders, and leadership
Set up Jira and other tools used for capturing and running projects and sprint cadence
A day in the life This role will be highly collaborative, requiring partnerships with cross‑functional leaders to drive positive results. It requires the ability to advocate on behalf of our customers (internal and external) and the ability to push back without being adversarial.
You will tackle challenging, novel situations every day and have the opportunity to work with multiple technical teams at Amazon in different locations. Basic Qualifications
5+ years of technical product or program management experience
5+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience
5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience
Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi‑million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership
Experience implementing and managing SAP ERP solutions, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‑on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
