You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. Responsibilities
Manage client accounts and update information in the database.
Assist clients with policy changes and inquiries.
Process insurance claims and follow up with clients on claim status.
Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
Qualifications
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
Bilingual Spanish (required)
Compensation All positions within the office have a base pay of $40,000 annually. Including commissions, customer service positions can earn up to $70,000 per year and sales positions can earn up to $100,000 per year. Compensation range: $60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
