We’re looking for full‑time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at one of our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in Fort Lauderdale, FL. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States. About the Position of Assistant Manager

As a future leader of Mavis, the Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure each Mavis retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Assistant Managers are responsible for enforcing policies, scheduling mechanics, managing outside orders, ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs, meeting customer expectations and ensuring the safety of team members. About the Position of Service Manager

The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under‑car repair services. Service Managers direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians, stage vehicle repair/maintenance work, drive sales initiatives, communicate directly with customers, assess needs, provide repair information, ensure customer satisfaction and strive to meet expectations. Qualifications

Eligibility: at least 18 years of age, legally authorized to work in the United States and (i) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts or tire sales, (ii) 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance, or (iii) any combination of education, training and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the duties.
