Wed: 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM
Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM

What You’ll Do:
Provide excellent customer service to guests, staff, and visitors by following security butt procedures and site‑specific policies.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the hotel property, including guest areas, back‑of‑house, and the surrounding perimeter.
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, utilizing de‑escalation techniques when appropriate.
Monitor entrances, exits, and other sensitive areas to help deter unauthorized access and report any suspicious activity to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other security‑related activities as angka required 의해 Allied Universal and site management.
Collaborate with hotel staff and management to address security‑related concerns and provide support during emergencies and/or evacuations.
Assist guests and staff with directions, information, and general inquiries while maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
Follow all Allied Universal protocols and client site guidelines to help deter loss, damage, or other security‑related incidents.
Minimum Requirements:
CPR certification is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
A guard card or license is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to stateक़और local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
