At CELTS Pool Management, the Aquatics Manager role is crucial to providing guests and members with an exceptional experience. As an Aquatics Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the pool area and ensuring it is safe and clean for everyone. Additionally, you will create a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests across all recreational activities and areas by maintaining an upbeat, enthusiastic attitude. At CELTS, our goal is to instill a lifelong relationship with the water by providing high-quality, developmentally sound aquatic programs and services in a fun and safe environment, emphasizing outstanding customer service. Enforce policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of pool facilities under the general supervision of the Area Manager. Manage and train personnel, including Assistant Aquatic Manager/Supervisors, Head Guard/Swim Lesson Supervisor, Lifeguards/Swim Instructors, and other CELTS staff, such as pool operations, cashiers, and aides. Oversee all swimming pool operations, including first aid, rotations, staff scheduling, public relations, janitorial duties, and limited pool maintenance such as cleaning. Maintain excellent organizational, communication, and public relations skills to foster a positive, engaging, and supportive work environment for employees, clients, and aquatic facility users. Serve as the day-to-day contact for all official CELTS programs, services, rentals, and more within the facility. Demonstrate proficiency with CELTS internal operating systems for computerized rentals, registrations, and cash register systems. Work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required in this supervisory position. What We Are Looking For
