We are looking for aCustomer Success Managerto join our Customer Success team in Oslo.

What you will do As a Customer Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of customers and be their main point of contact and trusted advisor.You will:

Proactively manage a portfolio of customers, typically mid- to large-sized organisations (500–5,000 employees) across different industries

Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders in HR, IT,and other relevant areas to achieve the desired business outcome

Co-create and execute customer plans focused on adoption, value realisation, and long-term outcomes

Conduct regular follow-ups and strategic meetings with customers

Assess customer health,identifyrisks, and proactively manage churn prevention

Identifyand drive growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell of software and services

Engage and coordinate internal experts from Product, Support, Professional Services, and AMS to meet customer needs

Maintain high customer engagement and satisfaction, supporting customers in becoming long‑term partners and ambassadors for CatalystOne

Requirements We believe you will succeed in this role if you have:

3–5 years of experience owning and developing a portfolio of customers

Experience as a Customer Success Manager, Key Account Manager, or Account Executive – preferably within a SaaS or tech environment

Strong commercial understanding and business acumen

A structured, proactive, and results‑oriented way of working

Experience working with KPIs, targets, and forecasting

Good negotiation skills and confidence in customer dialogues

Strong communicationand collaboration skills, both internally and externally

Fluency in a Scandinavian language(hard requirement)and English
