Travel PACU Registered Nurse (RN) – 16-Week Assignment

Fairbanks, AK Duration:
16Weeks Shift:
3x12 hour days
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Fairbanks, Alaska.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and care for patients recovering from anesthesia following surgical and diagnostic procedures.
Administer medications and respond promptly to changes in patient condition.
Collaborate with anesthesia providers, surgeons, and PACU staff to ensure safe patient transitions.
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with hospital policies and standards.
Experience Requirements:
2+ years of PACU experience required.
Licensure & Certifications:
Active Alaska RN License required
BLS (AHA) – Basic Life Support
ACLs (AHA) – Advanced Cardiac Life Support
PALS (AHA) – Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time, 13-week contract
