About the Role As the Senior Sales Manager within the College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving Sales & Loyalty Center (SLC), you will serve as a critical leader responsible for shaping, guiding, and executing the overall sales strategy of our high-volume call center operation. Reporting directly to the SLC Director, you will oversee a team of Sales Managers and collaborate closely with cross‑functional leaders to optimize performance, strengthen team capability, and ensure we achieve sales goals while providing an outstanding client experience.

Your ability to inspire teams, analyze performance, initiate change, and adapt strategies quickly will directly contribute to the success of College Hunks Hauling Junk and Moving and the satisfaction of our franchise partners and clients.

In this role, the Sr Sales Manager will:

Collaborate with the Director to define and execute sales strategies, including setting sales targets, sales forecasting, and establishing a roadmap for achieving targets.

Lead, motivate, and support a team of Sales Managers, Coaches, and sales teams, providing clear direction, setting expectations, and ensuring the achievement of sales goals.

Establish performance metrics and KPIs, track the performance of Sales Managers and sales teams, and provide regular feedback to drive improvements.

Collaborate with the operations and training teams to oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive sales training and coaching programs for sales agents, equipping them with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.

Utilize data and analytics to track sales performance, identify trends, and make data‑driven decisions to improve sales operations. Regularly report on performance to the Director.

Continuously assess and optimize sales processes within the call center, identifying areas for improvement and streamlining operations for increased efficiency.

Assist in managing the budget for the sales department, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support the achievement of sales objectives.

Participate in strategic planning by offering insights and recommendations for achieving long‑term sales objectives, including market expansion, client acquisition, and product or service offerings.

Collaborate with Operations and HR to lead the recruitment and selection of top‑tier sales talent, ensuring that the team is adequately staffed. Develop talent within the department and address succession planning.

Handle difficult conversations, conflicts, and performance improvement discussions with professionalism and effectiveness.

Ensure that sales operations are in compliance with all relevant regulations and that quality assurance measures are consistently applied.

What You Bring (Experience Needed for the Role)

5+ years of progressive leadership experience in a high-volume call center sales environment.

Proven omni-channel sales call center experience.

Experience supporting franchise or multi-location sales operations.

Experience leading large, distributed remote sales teams of 100+ agents.

Experience managing both onshore and nearshore sales teams.

Experience leading teams through complex, consultative sales processes.

Strong track record of achieving revenue, conversion, and productivity goals.

Demonstrated innovation in applying AI and sales technology to drive performance.

Experience managing budgets, P&L, and labor forecasting.

Excellent coaching, communication, and team development skills.

Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyze KPIs and drive change.

Highly organized with strong operational awareness and problem‑solving skills.
