We are looking for anenthusiastic and committed Salaried General Practitioner for3-4sessions. This would be to join our well-established family friendlypractice.
We area highly regarded, long established practice, with an excellent practice teamconsisting of an experienced Nurse, administration staff and a practicemanager.
We are a GMS practice with list size of approximately 2500 and are paperlight with Systmone.
We have high levels of patient satisfaction ratings andregularly come 1st or 2nd in the region in nationalgovernment surveys.
We are consistently high QOF achievers with anexcellent relationship and active role leading the Medicines Optimisation team for ourPCN.
Main duties of the job Clinical duties
Provide comprehensive primary medical care to registered patients, including:
Routine surgery consultations and urgent on-the-day assessments
Management of acute and chronic conditions
Undertake home visits where clinically appropriate
Provide appropriate clinical advice and support to the wider practice team
Ensure timely, accurate clinical record keeping in line with GMC and practice standards
Review and action clinical correspondence, pathology results, and tasks
Professional Responsibilities
Work in accordance with the GMC Good Medical Practice guidelines
Maintain professional registration and revalidation requirements
Engage in CPD and appraisal activities
Practice & Team Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with the GP, nurse, administration team and the wider PCN team
Contribute to practice meetings where appropriate
Support a culture of learning, openness, and continuous improvement
Complete referrals, reports, and associated administrative work in a timely manner
Contribute to repeat prescribing and medication reviews as agreed

Person Specification Qualifications
Fully registered with the General Medical Council (GMC) with a licence to practise
On the NHS England GP Performers List
Completion of GP training (CCT or equivalent)
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to high-quality patient care and continuous improvement
Experience of SystmOne
Interest in developing as a clinical lead
