The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and passionate Front-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic Engineering team. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing user-facing features that directly impact our end-users. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in product, design, and engineering to deliver a best-in-class SaaS product experience.
This is a high-impact role where your contributions will be visible across our web and mobile applications. You will write clean, efficient code, contribute to our core design system, and help shape the future of our front-end architecture.
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Develop and implement responsive, accessible, and performant user interfaces using React, TypeScript, and CSS.
Build reusable components and contribute to our internal design system and component library.
Translate UI/UX design wireframes into high-quality, functional code.
Collaborate in an Agile environment: participate in project planning, pair programming, and thorough code reviews.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve front-end issues to ensure optimal application performance.
Stay current with front-end development trends, tools, and technologies, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
Work with Ruby on Rails views and assist with full-stack tasks when needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2-5 years of professional front-end development experience.
Proven expertise with React and TypeScript/JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong proficiency in modern CSS, HTML5, and responsive web design principles.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or a related technical field.
Experience with version control systems (Git) and front-end build tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; a collaborative team player.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and fully remote environment.
Highly Desirable Bonus Skills (A Plus)
Experience with Ruby on Rails or other back-end frameworks.
Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library).
Background in developing or maintaining component libraries or design systems.
UI/UX design sensibility or experience working closely with design teams.
Interest or experience in AI, workflow automation, or SaaS product development.
Work Schedule & Details
Full-time, weekdays during business hours (EST preferred).
100% Remote position (Must be based in the United States).
No travel required.
