CTG is seeking an experienced Package Consultant – SAP S/4HANA SCM / Plant Maintenance (PM).
In this role, you’ll design and implement SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) and Plant Maintenance (PM) solutions that help clients improve asset reliability, optimize maintenance operations, and reduce downtime.

What You’ll Do
Design, configure, and implement
SAP S/4HANA EAM / PM
solutions
Gather and translate business requirements into SAP functional designs
Support full lifecycle SAP PM implementations (blueprint → go-live)
Optimize maintenance processes including work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset lifecycle management
Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams
Provide SAP S/4HANA PM functional expertise and best practices
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of
SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
and/or
SAP EAM
experience
Hands‑on experience with
SAP S/4HANA PM implementations
Strong understanding of asset‑intensive industries (manufacturing, utilities, energy preferred)
Consulting or client‑facing experience
Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
SAP certifications in S/4HANA EAM/PM are preferred.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
