In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the financial health of the company by managing overdue accounts with professionalism and persistence. Manage a portfolio of delinquent accounts and prioritize collection efforts based on established criteria. Contact clients via phone, email, and mail to negotiate payment arrangements and resolve outstanding balances. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all communication and collection activities in the company\'s database. Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies in a timely manner. Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with clients. Prepare and present reports on collection activities, account status, and payment trends to management. Skills
