Nik Nepomuceno Description
You’re at your best when you’re helping customers see around corners — connecting what they’re trying to achieve with the right solutions at the right time. As a Client Account Executive (CAE) at Lytho, you’ll strengthen and expand relationships with our existing customers by acting as a strategic growth advisor, not a transactional seller. You understand the realities in-house creative agencies and marketing teams face. You build trust through insight, not pressure. You take the time to understand customer goals, challenges, and success metrics, and you know how to translate that understanding into thoughtful expansion conversations that feel like a natural extension of value, not a sales interruption. You believe the best growth happens when customers are winning and you’re energized by aligning adoption, outcomes, and investment in a way that strengthens long-term partnerships. This role is a great fit if you’re consultative, curious, and commercially minded. You’re resourceful and unafraid to dig into data, surfacing insights that drive smarter decisions and reinforce your value at every step. You’re comfortable operating within structure and process while leading with empathy and credibility. You enjoy collaborating across teams, grounding recommendations in real customer needs, and ensuring customers don’t just realize value from Lytho — but continue to invest in it. This role reports to the Manager of Partnerships and Strategic Growth and partners closely with Customer Success and Professional Services to drive expansion across existing accounts. What You'll Do Here:
Cross-Selling and Revenue Growth: Strategically and proactively secure customer growth opportunities, uncovering ways to grow, strengthen, and lengthen partnership agreements within your assigned portfolio. Develop demo paths, presentations, and proposals that communicate the value of our products in alignment with each customer’s needs and objectives. Maintain a strong understanding of client business developments, industry trends, and competitor activities to support meaningful, value-driven customer conversations. Proactively explore available data sources — including usage, performance trends, and customer outcomes — to build a deeper understanding of each customer’s processes, ROI, and goals, helping inform smarter, more tailored conversations. Lead contract negotiations as necessary and execute renewals, upsells, and cross-sell agreements for assigned accounts. Provide consistent, accurate forecasting and pipeline management for cross-sell and expansion opportunities. Support customers with additional contract or commercial needs as required. Partner with Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience and align solutions with client needs. Work closely with Professional Services to ensure smooth onboarding and fulfillment for any new products or services sold. Provide regular updates to leadership on account performance, client feedback, and opportunities for improvement. What We're Looking For:
3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or client success roles, preferably within SaaS or a related industry. Background in Marketing or Creative Operations. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue growth targets through cross-selling or upselling. Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills with a focus on building value-driven client relationships. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and leverage insights to identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities. Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus. Although we recruit from many locations in the U.S., our preference is North Carolina and states surrounding North Carolina. Currently, we are not hiring candidates who reside and work from outside of the United States as well as OH, WA, NY, CA, NH, HI, CT and Chicago, IL, due to legal and business registration reasons. Why Become A Lythonian?

Remote Work & Flexibility:
We are a “Remote First” workplace, where Lythonians have the flexibility and autonomy to balance work and personal needs. We care about the work you deliver, not the hours you spend online. Room for Growth:
We love to see our team grow and thrive! In our current stage of rapid growth, there are plenty of opportunities to develop in your career and/or learn new skills. Values We Live By:
Our overarching value is “Let People Run”, and this guides every decision we make. We recognize that people perform their best when they are provided the resources they need in combination with ownership and autonomy to make an impact! Diversity & Inclusion:
We don’t just accept differences, we celebrate them! We are a diverse group with people from all over the world, and our priority is to foster a safe and welcoming environment for all. We have a dedicated committee that focuses on diversity, equity, and inclusion at Lytho and have implemented initiatives such as creating a gender transition leave policy and including Juneteenth as a company holiday. Lean In Circle:
We offer Lythonians who identify as women (or allies of women!) the opportunity to come together to create connections, receive peer mentorship, inspiration, and build leadership skills. Lytho is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer, as we know that diverse characteristics, backgrounds, thought processes, and viewpoints lead to innovation and growth! We are committed to fostering a safe and inclusive environment for all Lythonians to bring their authentic selves.
