Coordinator for Student Leadership & Engagement

* A Master's degree in Student Affairs/Personnel Administration, Educational Administration, or a related field and a minimum of two years full-time work experience in residence life, programming, event planning, admissions, and/or orientation within a university setting is strongly preferred.* Leadership education and training and student organization advising experience.* Well developed administrative and organizational skills.* Strong verbal and written communication skills, and an understanding of effective customer service.* Experience in establishing and maintaining collaborative working relationships within a university setting.* Candidates must also be able to work regular night and weekend hours.* Successful candidates must actively demonstrate an appreciation for and promotions of inclusion in all areas of work.**Visa Requirements**: The University of Maryland, College Park is the state's flagship university and one of the nation's preeminent public research universities.
