Fanatics Betting & Gaming is growing, and we’re looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to play a foundational role in growing and operating Fanatics Casino. This person will be a key driver of our go-to-market strategy, cross‑functional readiness, and post‑launch business operations.
The ideal candidate is a structured problem solver who thrives in fast‑paced, zero‑to‑one environments. They bring strong analytical skills, comfort with ambiguity, and an ownership mindset. This person will help build the roadmap to launch the product, then help run and optimize the business once live. They can shift seamlessly between deep analytical work, project management, and day‑to‑day operational decision making.
Responsibilities
Own and coordinate the cross‑functional GTM plan for additional market launches, ensuring alignment across tech, product, marketing, legal, compliance, operations, and commercial teams
Identify GTM risks, dependencies, and operational gaps, developing structured plans to address them
Help operate the business once live, supporting daily/weekly performance reviews, managing KPIs, resolving operational issues, and identifying new opportunities to improve the customer experience
Partner with Product, CRM, and Marketing to optimize acquisition funnels, activation journeys, and retention mechanics tailored to the market
Analyze the iGaming landscape, benchmarking competitors, promotions, acquisition tactics, and product offerings
Monitor real‑time business performance and develop data‑driven optimization strategies
Experience and Skills
2+ years experience in a Consulting, Strategy, or Operational function
Strong numerical proficiency and analytical capability (e.g., SQL) and willing to dive into data
An ambitious multitasker, who can move quickly and efficiently
Excellent communication skills, experienced at presenting to senior leadership
Empathetic team player, accomplished at working effectively cross‑functionally
Curious and fast learner willing to become proficient in consumer/industry insights and functionality
Passion to work in an entrepreneurial, hyper growth environment where decisions are made quickly
Bias for action and comfort owning workstreams end‑to‑end
Open to regular travel to events and other Fanatics offices for various off‑site and team meetings
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or Engineering
The base salary range for this role is $120,000 per year - $140,000 per year, depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award.
In addition to the base, bonus, and equity, full‑time employees are eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, paid time off and other benefits like GymPass, Pet Insurance, Family Care Benefits, Free Shipt deliveries, and more. We’ll also give you $500 to set up your home office!
