R6161**Channel Account Manager, MSP**About the positionThis is an opportunity to be part of the UKI MSP Channel Sales Organization at Mimecast.

We are looking for an exceptional person responsible for the recruitment and development of new MSP partners to Mimecast to support the launch and growth of our Cloud Integrated Email Security Solution.

The role reports to the Senior Manager of MSP Channel Sales for UKI. Mimecast is looking for an energetic and high performer who is a team player, partner and customer centric, accountable and seeks to consistently win.**Key Responsibilities:*** Conducting prospecting activities to attract and recruit new MSP partners for new Cloud Integrated Email Security solution.* Articulate a sales pitch effectively to secure additional interest and investment from the partner to further explore partnership with Mimecast* Manage a sales cycle to successfully secure their partnership with Mimecast and contribute a revenue stream* Work within a team to successfully onboard the partner within the Mimecast MSP partner program and operating model, and provide a desirable partner experience* Drive an enablement plan with the MSP’s which includes sales, marketing and technical tracks* Create joint Go To Market plans with onboarded MSP’s* Grow and manage a territory of MSP’s* Provide executive alignment with Mimecast and MSP stakeholders* Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams (including SE organization, product marketing, sales, marketing, operations and legal) to deliver a world class experience for the MSP* Accurately forecast MSP opportunities**Essential Skills and Experience:*** 2 - 5+ years of technology sales, business development and/or channel sales experience* BA or BS degree preferred in a technical, business or related field* Experience managing partner relationships and/or managed service provider relationships* Understanding of the MSP landscape and working model* Understanding of opportunity qualification, running a deal cycle and forecasting* Knowledge of the competitive landscape* Ability to recruit, develop and build Go To Market plans with MSP’s* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment* Interface at all levels maintaining strong working relationships across cross-functional teams* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.* Extremely strong organizational and time management skills* Willingness to go above and beyond to be successful* Experience selling cloud solutions with a focus on Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions* Good understanding of email network infrastructure and related services* Strong presentation, program management and negotiation skillsThe on-target earnings (OTE) range for this position is £88,000−£132,000 (OTE) plus benefits. This range represents the minimum and maximum new hire compensation for this role. The position may also be eligible for incentive plans and additional benefits, in accordance with company policy and local regulations. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location with individual compensation also dependent on factors such as qualifications, experience, and skills.
