Are you a technician who values craftsmanship over "plug-and-play" repairs? We are looking for skilled mechanics to join our team supporting our customer who is one of the world’s most iconic and prestigious automotive manufacturers.
This isn't your typical high-volume workshop. Here, you will work on hand-built British sports cars that combine 21st-century performance with timeless design.
Responsibilities
Precision Assembly & Maintenance:
Performing high-level mechanical assembly, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspections), and servicing.
Technical Problem Solving:
Moving beyond diagnostic codes to understand the soul of the machine, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical systems.
Chassis & Powertrain Integration:
Working with bespoke bonded aluminium platforms and high-performance engines.
Quality Mastery:
Ensuring the fit, finish, and performance of every component reflects the brand’s heritage of excellence.
Qualified Experts:
Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent) in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
The "Right" Hands:
Experience with high-end, classic, or performance vehicles is a significant advantage.
Attention to Detail:
An eye for perfection and a respect for the materials you work with (from hand-formed metal to fine leather and wood).
Adaptability:
Someone comfortable using modern diagnostic tools but equally skilled with a torque wrench and traditional hand tools.
Work in a world-famous facility where history is made every day.
