Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced A Level Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. As an A Level Automotive Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and reliability of our clients' vehicles. You will apply your expert knowledge in automotive systems to diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles, contributing to our commitment to providing top-quality service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
Perform complex diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
Utilize advanced tools and technology to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential problems or necessary repairs.
Interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic equipment to perform accurate diagnostics.
Collaborate with colleagues to address challenging repairs and provide solutions to improve vehicle performance.
Maintain detailed records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each repair.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians and apprentices as needed.
Stay updated with the latest automotive technologies and industry best practices.
Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an A Level Automotive Technician or similar role.
Extensive knowledge of automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
ASE Certification or equivalent is highly preferred.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license.
