+ Whole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military Leave**Key Responsibilities:*** Assist with routine system installations and patching under supervision; follow documented procedures for basic configuration tasks.* Ensure software applications meet basic compatibility and functionality requirements.* Reviews system specifications for completeness and accuracy to ensure adequate information and justification are provided, and leads effort to assure specifications are complete* Provides technical support on issues in a timely manner; communicates necessary information to relevant support teams and impacted staff, and documents resolution* Monitor system dashboards and alerts; escalate anomalies and assist with basic tuning tasks* Part of an IT team that is accountable for production support (including on-call duties in a 24x7 environment) as well as new projects. Works occasionally extended hours during evenings, weekends and holidays as required for system maintenance and projects* Execute user provisioning and de-provisioning; follow access control checklists.* Participate in team meetings and document assigned tasks; shadow senior admins during cross-functional work.* Creates and manages project plans; provides follow-up and closure to projects as well as ongoing support**Key Skills:*** Experience with managing installations, configuration and maintenance of various
Engineering software applications (MCAD/ECAD, PLM, Requirement Management)* Assist with installation and configuration of enterprise applications under supervision. Follow documented procedures and escalate issues as needed.* Monitor system performance using standard tools.* Report anomalies and assist in basic troubleshooting.* Ability to handle access to sensitive/confidential information appropriately* Facilitate the creation and management of user accounts. Apply basic access controls and follow security protocols.* Follow change management procedures. Assist in deployments and maintain change logs.* Use diagnostic tools to identify common issues. Escalate unresolved problems to senior staff.* Basic shell scripting experience with scripting in UNIX Linux environment* Write and maintain basic scripts to automate routine tasks. Use templates and follow best practices.* Assist with system upgrades and migrations. Understand basic infrastructure components and dependencies.* Maintain and update SOPs and technical documentation. Follow documentation standards.* Communicate effectively with team members and follow guidance from senior staff.**Successful candidates typically have:*** US - Associated Degree or Equivalent (Preferred)* Foundational knowledge of PLM systems such as Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, and Agile PLM. (Preferred)* Basic understanding of workflows within PLM systems, including the ability to conceptualize, design, and maintain them. (Preferred)* Familiarity with engineering processes and product data management principles. (Preferred)* 1-5 years of experience in system administration, including applicable installation, troubleshooting, and support of system hardware and software.
