Deep engagement and understanding of top market making customers.
Analysis and synthesis of technology options.
Produce long term roadmaps covering critical areas such as packaging,process, and IP.
Identifykey areas where Renesas can develop disruptive capabilities.
Build organizational consensusaround direction.Ensure team understand the “why” to motivate enthusiastic execution.
Qualifications This role requires deep technical strength in high performance powerconversion withdemonstratedcapability in both theoretical and real-world domains.A broad comprehension of topics includingmagneticsdesign, passivecomponentselection, power device driver challenges, and real-world implementation challengesisrequired.Broadtechnicalcapability/exposurewill be combined with excellenttechnicaland executivecommunicationskills.Typical requirements are a minimum of 15-20 years of relevant semiconductor& market specificexperience.Minimum BSEE, advanced degree is a plus.
