About the Role

In this opportunity as Industry Data Analyst Jr, you will: Design and deliver in-depth financial benchmarking analyses for Strategic Insights customers and the broader professional markets. Conduct data and industry presentations for managing partners, C-level executives, and firm leaders. Collaborate with sales teams to present information to clients in both virtual and in-person capacities (some national and international travel required). Identify business development opportunities through high-level interactions with the marketplace, referrals, and relationship building strategies. Collaborate with sales and implementation teams to ensure the timely and professional delivery of services and exceed client expectations. Validate data to ensure consistent reporting of defined business metrics. Develop content driven by insights derived from data analysis, extensive research, and thorough industry knowledge across legal, tax, corporate and government spaces. Project manage the final production of content with internal and external stakeholders. Establish yourself as a subject matter expert by articulating industry data analysis & insights through multiple mediums including client facing content, webinars, speaking engagements, and written blog posts and whitepaper reports. Support new team members and contribute to onboarding and team growth. Plan and participate in predictive analytics and automation projects with measurable efficiency targets. About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes: Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, statistics, data science/engineering, computer science, applied mathematics, business analytics or related field (preferred). 1-2 years of experience (preferred). Strong financial acumen and ability to organize, analyze, and communicate complex data in a clear, engaging, and professional manner. Strong communication skills and personable, polished presence. Ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines and strong attention to detail. Strong analytical skills: descriptive statistics, predictive statistics, and exploratory data analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with SQL and Python (required); preferred experience with Power BI, Power Pivot, Power Query, Alteryx, R, Git/GitHub, and cloud analytics platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
