**Shift:** Flexible shifts between 6 AM – 10 PM
**Contract:** 12 months**What We’re Looking For:**Strong **SAP EWM knowledge**Fluent in **German** (spoken & written) – Spanish NOT requiredExperience working with warehouse operators and **customer-facing teams**Hands-on experience in **warehouse support, automated systems, and S/4HANA EWM****Key Responsibilities:**Provide **Level 1 support** for the EWM business teamResolve day-to-day issues and raise incidents via ServiceNowLiaise with business teams and customers to ensure smooth operationsSupport integration with **Warehouse Automation, MES, and satellite systems**Align with IT teams for change requests and informal testing**Nice to Have:**Experience with **ASRS, AGV, conveyors, AMRs**, or other warehouse automationKnowledge of **IM & EWM processes**, including inbound/outbound processing, physical inventory, HU managementFamiliarity with **life sciences/pharmaceutical** domain and GxP/SOX compliance #J-18808-Ljbffr
