Job Summary

The Senior Lead Engineer – Integrations (L3 & Solutioning) is responsible for leading Level-3 integration support, designing scalable enterprise integration solutions, and driving continuous improvement across mission‑critical data exchanges. This role operates within a globally distributed integrations team and partners closely with business stakeholders, Centers of Excellence (CoE), and application owners to ensure high reliability, performance, and scalability of enterprise integrations supporting key business processes. Key Responsibilities

Own and resolve high-priority Level-3 integration incidents with minimal business disruption. Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement long-term remediation to prevent recurring issues. Collaborate with integration engineers, developers, support teams, and CoE teams to resolve complex technical challenges. Ensure system reliability, availability, and performance across critical integrations. Integration & Solution Design

Design, develop, and enhance end-to-end integrations across enterprise platforms including HR, Finance, CRM, and professional services systems. Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable integration solutions. Develop integration workflows, APIs, and data transformations using cloud-native and event-driven architectures. Optimize existing integrations to improve performance, observability, and resilience. Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and enterprise integration best practices. Collaboration & Process Improvement

Partner with business stakeholders, application owners, and CoE teams to identify integration needs and deliver effective solutions. Participate in architectural discussions to align integration strategies with enterprise roadmaps. Establish and promote integration standards and best practices for system-to-system communication. Support strategic enterprise processes such as Hire-to-Retire and Lead-to-Cash by ensuring seamless data flow across systems. DevOps & Automation

Improve monitoring, alerting, and logging for integrations to enhance operational visibility. Collaborate with DevOps teams to enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation. Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripting and programming languages. Support continuous improvement initiatives across integration delivery and operations. Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise integrations and application development. 5+ years of hands‑on expertise with technologies such as .NET, Azure services, Azure Service Bus, Azure Logic Apps, Function Apps, Cosmos DB, SQL, Python, and Shell scripting. Experience working with enterprise systems and integration patterns across HR, Finance, CRM, or PSA platforms. 2+ years of experience designing APIs, performing data transformations, and implementing real-time or event-driven integrations. Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring/observability tools. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to operate in fast‑paced environments. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with Agile, ITIL, or IT Asset Management (ITAM) frameworks. Exposure to technologies such as Databricks, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Azure-based data services. Experience supporting large-scale enterprise integration platforms and distributed global teams. Certifications

Relevant certifications in Azure, Workday integrations, or Salesforce integrations. Work Location & Schedule

Role is remote with availability required during MST time zone business hours.
