As a Senior Analyst in Commercial Development, you will support go‑to‑market execution for assigned sales channels, aligning with the annual operating plan and sales objectives. Your analysis and insights will guide decisions across Sales, Marketing, Pricing, Supply Chain, and Finance. You will work cross‑functionally to implement strategies, optimize processes, and monitor performance to achieve results with speed, accuracy, and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities Leadership
Serve as a knowledgeable expert of your portfolio and influence others.
Advocate across functions to meet team, customer, and consumer needs.
Communicate strategy and tactical plans to stakeholders at all levels.
Work independently with limited supervision and prioritize activities for efficiency.
Adapt quickly to change and pivot as needed.
Focus on the needs of foodservice customers, operators, and consumers.
Planning and Execution
Support the Go‑To‑Market strategy to achieve all AOP and sales objectives.
Participate in and lead projects as required.
Identify growth opportunities based on customer business drivers.
Leverage customer, category, channel, and segment insights to influence the P&L.
Set and revise forecasts, gathering structured and unstructured information to guide planning.
Investigate data to create forecasts that account for risk, opportunity, and gaps.
Implement process improvements to advance business goals.
Engage directly with customers and brokers.
Experience
2+ years in Sales, Category, Marketing, or related functions within a matrixed organization.
Proficient business and financial acumen.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder‑management skills.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and CRM systems.
Intermediate skill in AI business tools such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot.
Knowledge of foodservice channels is preferred.

Ability to travel up to 20%
