This is a senior, hands-on role for a strategic, detail-obsessed operator who can blend data-driven rigor with creative, out-of-the-box thinking.**What You'll Do:*** Establish and evolve Kyriba’s organic social strategy, voice, and editorial pillars across platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.* Build and run an executive social program for select leaders, including strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and performance tracking.* Partner across marketing, comms, and sales to amplify launches, events, customer stories, and partner initiatives.* Create and manage a global, rolling content calendar for organic social; brief and collaborate with design and video to deliver polished, channel-optimized assets.* Lead community management with a proactive, brand-safe approach— strengthening relationships with our audience.* Define KPIs, implement measurement and reporting cadence.* Develop governance, guidelines, and enablement for regional and functional stakeholders to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance.**What We're Looking For:*** 7+ years of experience in social media management with focus on Linkedin, preferably in B2B or corporate environment* Fluency in English required; bi/multi-lingual preferred* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with the ability to build rapport, influence, and deepen relationships with stakeholders, especially with regional teams, Comms and executive thought leaders* Experience managing executive social media presence and thought leadership programs* Outstanding writing and storytelling skills* Experience in marketing / selling SaaS and cloud-based solutions strongly preferred* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment**Our Values Guide Everything We Do*** **Think Big & Constantly Innovate**: We have the confidence to think big, embrace change, challenge the status quo, and continuously evolve - incorporating new technologies and driving industry progress.* **Put our Customers’ Needs First:** We are passionate about delivering the highest value for our customers and supporting them with end-to-end care throughout their journey with us.* **Act with Integrity**: Integrity is at the heart of everything we do.
