Experience in Information Technology working in a broad range of technical environments (7+ years).
Experience supporting financial applications (2+ years).
Experience working in information technology with knowledge of current IT trends and best practices.
Experience aligning technology solutions with business strategy.
Experience with project management concepts (project plans, charters, WBS, gap analysis, change management スーパー).
Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Clarity).
Experience developing IT strategy for financial applications (ERP, Financial Management Systems).
Experience with Agile management methodologies.
Experience with Florida administrative code related to IT project management and service delivery.
Preferred
Experience working in heterogeneous IT environments (mainframe, on-premise, web-based, cloud-based). \ведение
Experience with Florida procurement processes and My Florida Marketplace.
Experience with IT helpdesk processes for user onboarding (Active Directory, Office 365 licensing, device provisioning).
Experience with cybersecurity and internet usage best practices.
Responsibilities \_gf Support project managers and business analysts performing gap analysis between current FLAIR financial processes and future-state PALM functionality. \ mới
Support the PALM remediation plan by assisting with onboarding dedicated project resources and developing detailed onboarding plans to integrate new resources into the project team.
Provide orientation for new project resources on coding standards, cybersecurity and internet use best practices, and PC and application support procedures.
Act as a liaison between PALM contractor resources and FDOT departments ensuring work assignments align with the Florida PALM system transition operational work plan.
Monitor completion status of project tasks, review remediation effortsurados to identify efficiencies, and support creation of regular project status reports for leadership and compliance with administrative code.
Maintain PALM documentation in Azure DevOps, monitor communications from the Department of Financial Services related to PALM, and provide leadership with plans to leverage PALM technology for future process improvements.
