is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Microcontroller (MCU) Product Development to join our growing team. This group is responsible for the development of advanced MCU solutions for consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. The role centers on leading cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative MCU products from concept through production, ensuring technical excellence and business success.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive product plans for MCU development and commercialization, ensuring alignment with technical and business objectives.

Manage program schedules to meet critical milestones and customer commitments, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders—including marketing, engineering, and operations—to drive schedules, consensus, and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Provide technical cross‑domain support for issue resolution, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within specification, and at the highest quality (including RTL, DV, DFT, PD, emulation, firmware, post‑silicon, packaging, etc.).

Track and report on program progress, using metrics and project execution tracking to keep stakeholders informed.

Lead and influence teams in a matrix environment, driving decisions and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

Deliver on program schedules through production, including customer milestone interlocks and manufacturing ramp‑up.

Coordinate all project stakeholders from initial requirements definition through product launch and post‑production support.

Responsible for deliverables and handoffs to customers, including resource and schedule planning.

Support and encourage innovation while maintaining focus on execution.

Qualifications

15 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with significant program management or product development experience (product engineering, test engineering, device engineering, design).

Hands‑on experience with MCU product development is required; experience with power devices, sensor interfaces, and microcontroller architectures is highly desirable.

Familiarity with industrial and/or automotive industry standards is a plus.

Strong technical and analytical skills, with a proven ability to solve complex problems and implement systematic solutions.

Excellent communication, technical presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating leadership, multi‑tasking, and a strong work ethic.

Experience driving programs from concept through product launch, including planning, tape‑out, production, and post‑production support.

Skilled in leading cross‑functional teams and initiatives, with experience using sophisticated project management tools.

Ability to negotiate technical solutions with internal and external customers to meet program requirements.
