As a Paediatric Academic Coordinator at Western Health, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of medical education by delivering high-quality clinical teaching and mentoring in child and adolescent health. You will coordinate clinical placements, contribute to curriculum development, and engage in research projects, all while collaborating with a team of passionate educators. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring the success of MD students and advancing the field of paediatric health education. Your responsibilities will include : Lead student orientations, facilitate team-based learning, and conduct clinical skills coaching and assessments.- Possess highly developed interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and students.- Have experience in teaching or a willingness to contribute actively to curriculum development.**What we offer you!**
