We’re looking for an experienced

Customer Success Manager , to serve our DACH customers and ensure a strong long term relationship. You will handle customer cycles from onboarding to renewal, and be able to have a clear impact on how we serve our customers now and going forward.

We empower legal professionals with precise, in-depth, and lightning-fast access to legal knowledge. Our platform simplifies legal research using artificial intelligence, intelligent search, and constantly updated legal sources.

Pandektes has raised more than €4 million and recently closed a €2.9 million seed round (Feb 2025) led by People Ventures, Interface Capital, and leading angels. Pandektes already serves over 150 customers across Denmark and Germany. Our long‑term ambition is to build Europe’s largest AI‑powered legal database.

About the role You will join our current team of two in Customer Success, along with our German‑focused sales team of three account executives, to work on serving our German‑speaking customers. As an early member of the team, you will be able to have an instant impact on the customer experience.

This is a full‑cycle CSM position, which means you will handle everything from onboarding to renewal. This means we’re looking for someone who is passionate about strong customer relations, but ideally also with a knack for teaching. When it comes to contracts and numbers, you’ll be working closely with our account executives to ensure we find the best fit for our customers.

As the team is young, we hope that you will also want to be a part of shaping the processes and future of CS at Pandektes.

What you’ll do

Onboarding customers - Teach lawyers and legal professionals how AI can superpower their legal research

Drive adoption - Collaborate with management/executives to ensure adoption and success

Build community - Find superusers and empower them to do even more with Pandektes

Foster growth - Identify expansion opportunities and work with the rest of our team to expand our presence at existing customers

What you’ll bring

Fluency in German and English

Entrepreneurial mindset, motivated by creating good relationships, top‑notch customer experience and driving growth as part of our commercial team

4+ years of experience in customer success

Excellent communication skills and strong ability to build trust – we value long‑term customer relationships

Eagerness to learn and openness to feedback; you value insights from others and use them to grow

Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for AI (basic knowledge of AI and LLMs is a plus)

Willingness to develop deep knowledge of how lawyers work and conduct legal research (a legal background is an advantage but not required)
