Position Summary The Senior Manager, Project Management (Individual Contributor) is responsible for organizing, planning, and executing complex technology projects across the Mental Well‑being (MWB) organization. These roles drive the end‑to‑end delivery of innovative technology solutions and enhancements across the Mental Well‑being organization from intake and design through go‑live and post‑implementation support. In these roles, you’ll partner closely with Strategy, Product, Technology Enablement, Operations, and other key stakeholders to align on technology initiatives, remove roadblocks, and drive strategic outcomes. The Senior Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with optimal business impact, while maintaining clear communication and alignment across teams. Position location is remote within the United States.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technology projects, ensuring alignment with Mental Well‑being's strategic objectives, timelines, and resources.

Define project goals, scope, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource requirements.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams and manage project tasks, dependencies, and milestones.

Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.

Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.

Drive project prioritization based on business need, ROI, and leadership input.

Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement within project teams.

Ensure documentation of project requirements, decisions, and lessons learned for future reference.

Serve as a transformational leader, stewarding resources and influencing outcomes without direct authority over all team members.

Apply best practices in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) as appropriate for each initiative.

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technology projects.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage projects.

Strong organizational, time management, and problem‑solving skills.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and partnership skills.

Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Ability to work independently, prioritize competing demands, and adapt to changing business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in the healthcare or behavioral health industry.

Expertise in Asana.

Industry‑standard project management certification is a plus (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).

Education Bachelor's degree preferred/specialized training/relevant professional qualification.

Pay Range $67,900.00 - $199,144.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short‑term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
