As a Product Strategy Manager in the J.P. Morgan Digital Banking program, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. You will be responsible to developing and driving change management and governance to ensure disciplined execution and delivery of client experiences and new functionality. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you will help guide the successful launch of products, including completion of readiness and governance processes, and gather crucial feedback. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed client expectations.

Job responsibilities

Develop a product strategy and vision, with a focus on change management and governance that delivers value to clients, internal and external

Manage and drive completion of processes to allow for seamless delivery to clients, which may include obtaining internal approvals, and establishing new delivery frameworks

Track J.P. Morgan Digital Banking key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Establish and manage a Go To Market plan, partnering with various stakeholders

Drive readiness activities

Manage enää build relationships with variousuada stakeholder groups, including Product, Technology, Risk and Compliance

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, Go To Market or a relevant domain area

Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Proven ability to lead product enablement activities, including operating model design, change management activities, communications to internal and external clients and operationalization of new functionality

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization

Understanding and experience with product launch, including navigating and completing internal review and approval processes

Ability to problem solve and work in new and potentially ambiguous situations
