This position sits within a digital experience team supporting enterprise and customer‑facing applications, with a strong focus on design systems, UX strategy, and modern UI tools such as Figma and Sketch.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in UI design and UX strategy across web, mobile, and application platforms
Strong proficiency with Figma, Sketch, InVision, and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience designing complex workflows and enterprise-scale applications
Deep understanding of UX best practices, usability, and design systems
Strong communication skills and ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Experience working in Agile, sprint‑based environments
Portfolio of UX/UI work required
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience owning or co‑owning a design system and component libraries
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Lean UX and just‑in‑time design cycles
Leadership or mentoring experience
Background collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and business partners
