Description

Looking for an opportunity to make an impact?

At Leidos, we’re redefining what’s possible through innovation, collaboration, and a steadfast commitment to our customers’ success. Our people are our greatest asset—diverse, talented professionals empowered to drive change, strengthen communities, and operate with integrity and purpose. Guided by our Mission, Vision, and Values, we deliver solutions that make a measurable difference every day.

If you’re looking for a dynamic environment where you can excel and grow, we invite you to learn more.

Leidos is seeking an Automated Test Engineer (Level 3) to join our team in Egg Harbor Township, NJ, or Gaithersburg, MD supporting the verification, validation, and qualification of advanced systems within the National Airspace System (NAS). In this role, you’ll apply automated testing methodologies and AI/ML techniques to assess and enhance Air Traffic Control (ATC) modernization initiatives.

The selected candidate will design, develop, and sustain automated test frameworks supporting AI‑ and ML‑enabled capabilities that drive operational efficiency and decision‑making—such as trajectory prediction, conflict detection, traffic flow management, and workload optimization. This position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with FAA systems assurance, safety, and performance standards.

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who “fits the mold”—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over/al caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.” If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating stepيضا

2… good. You’ll fit right in.

Your most meaningful work is ahead!
